Hello! Movement is a great way to get us out of our heads and into our bodies. The 14 day FREE challenge, Embody Self Love Through Movement, is a challenge that brings you out of your head and into your body. We may understand what Self Love is but it is a whole other thing to FEEL that love within your body. To drop down into your heart space. Each day covers a topic and channeled message, a corresponding movement, an affirmation, and a question to meditate on if you choose. There are also recorded meditations and meditations with affirmations that can be used as well. This is a multi-layered challenge providing movement in all 4 bodies. The physical body, the mental body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body. Working with your cells is movement too. I am not a movement practitioner so I opened the door for movement practitioners to join me in this challenge. I am obsessed! This challenge offers multiple movement modalities to drop down into your body and feel love. To love and honor your body. By having an opportunity to try different modalities you have the opportunity to discover what resonates with you. There is a whole world of movement modalities out there. There is something for everyone. This challenge will get you into a routine and allow you to discover what works for you along your self-love journey. I am so excited to have you join!
